Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required for Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care as RN.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS or equivalent; RN multi-state (compact) license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process and delivers individualized patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and family involvement.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, high-quality care.
• Maintains documentation and supports governance, quality improvement, and practice standards.
