Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Georgia or multi-state compact.
• Associates degree in Nursing or diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 10 years of patient care experience as RN.
• Strong English communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation; evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and families using bedside reports, rounds, and education.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care; promotes inclusive communication.
• Demonstrates teamwork, participates in performance improvement and governance; supports professional development.
