Job summary

Adams Group is hiring for a Packing Big Filler Operator to join the Packing Team. The role reports to the Packing Supervisor and focuses on setup, operation, and cleanliness of tote and drum filling processes, ensuring products meet quality specs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing or manufacturing, a high school diploma, and forklift certification or ability to obtain it. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential for accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, or material handling.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to follow SOPs and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and ensure cleanliness of tote and drum filler per SOPs.
• Maintain organized warehouse space to support shipping/receiving.
• Verify lot numbers and select products for outbound shipments accurately.
• Load trucks according to product specs and customer requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready areas.
