Job summary

Amcor LLC in Hanover, MD is hiring a Processing Operator for the day shift (7:00am-7:00pm). Work 15 days a month on a rotating schedule. You will operate stretch blow molding machines, perform inspections, packaging, and charting while maintaining GMP and SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with automated production equipment and GMP/SQF compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch blow molding machines and inspect containers.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and preventive maintenance.
• Pack containers and build 4 ft. high packed units.
• Move materials with a forklift and operate a scanner.
• Follow GMP and SQF, ensure food safety compliance.
• Work rotating 15 days per month on day shift.
