Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced OR RN for day shift in San Antonio, TX. You will circulate and scrub in procedures, prepare rooms, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license (or compact), has 1–2+ years of OR experience, and pursues excellence in patient safety. BLS and CNOR are preferred; detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and team-oriented professionals will excel.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (or compact).
• Minimum 1–2+ years Operating Room experience required.
• BLS, CNOR preferred (or willingness).

Responsibilities

• Circulate/scrub in procedures, prepare rooms, and manage instruments.
• Ensure patient safety, sterility, and documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff.
• Handle pre/post-op care as needed.
