Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery (WVR) is seeking a Day Shift Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our detox, stabilization, and early recovery team in Dodgeville, WI. This full-time position follows a 6:00am-6:30pm schedule with every third weekend required.

LPNs earn $31-35/hour and RNs $41-45/hour, plus a $5,000 retention bonus paid at 90 days and 6 months. Join a collaborative, supportive environment focused on client care.

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license is required.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits
Administer medications and document accurately
Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team
Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion
Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols
Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff
Maintain HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards
Track and manage medical supplies

Salary Range: $31.00 To $45.00 Hourly

We believe in transparent, fair compensation based on licensure level and clinical experience:

LPN: $31 - $35/hour
RN: $41 - $45/hour
