Job summary

Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments and support detox treatment plans.
- Monitor clients overnight and respond to medical concerns.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process labs and communicate results to providers and care team.
- Coordinate transfers and communicate with outside facilities as needed.
- Collaborate with providers, therapists, and nursing teammates.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory documentation.
