Fairmount Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking Mental Health Technicians (MHT) for full-time day shift (40 hours/week) from 7am to 3:30pm. The MHT provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping create a safe, therapeutic milieu and supporting daily living activities.

Fairmount Behavioral Health Hospital delivers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for all ages, with a 239-bed acute care facility offering inpatient, partial, and intensive outpatient programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in human services (examples: psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education, or family therapy).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis interventions, and assistance with activities of daily living.
