Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a leading healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NV to recruit a dedicated Medical Technologist. You will perform a wide range of laboratory tests, operate advanced equipment, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver timely, accurate results.

We seek candidates with an Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science and hospital lab experience, including Blood Bank, plus MT certification; BLS is recommended. Competitive benefits and full-time days available.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experience.
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated medical equipment.
• Analyze, verify, and manage laboratory data.
• Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results.
