Job summary

Careage’s Patriots Landing facility is seeking a Med Tech/CNA with medication administration experience to join our day shift team. The role involves setting up and delivering resident medications, documenting doses, and ensuring timely stock and safety protocols.

You will work with a dedicated team to provide compassionate, high-quality care for aging adults. Candidates must hold a CNA license, have medication administration experience, and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA with medication administration experience.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver resident medications.
• Document medications, refusals, PRNs, and holds per state regs.
• Order medications as needed to prevent stockouts.
• Count and account for narcotics before leaving shift.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor and physicians.
• Assist with caregiving duties and keep Med Room orderly.
