Job summary

The role requires reading blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, performing fitting and alignment, and helping maintain 5S and quality standards. Prior ERP/MRP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with packaging, crating, and other production tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
