Job summary

EMT International in Hobart, WI is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will read schematics, assemble panels, wiring harnesses, and machine components while collaborating with engineering and production to deliver customized equipment.

You will install sensors and controllers, perform testing and calibration, and document results. A technical degree or electrical training is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience and basic ERP/MRP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or electrical training preferred.
• 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/MRP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electrical subassemblies.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Install sensors, controllers, circuit boards, and other electrical components.
• Route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
• Safely power up equipment and verify proper operation.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues while maintaining high quality standards.
• Document assembly processes and testing results.

What You'll Do
