Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Material Handler for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM). Core duties include case picking, packing, quality control, and moving products in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates can operate powered equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and use a Warehouse Management System (examples: JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP) to verify orders.

Qualifications

• Order fulfillment as case picker and packer with cross-training across multiple departments (inbound, outbound).
• Preparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy using shipping labels and packing lists.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes during shift.
• Put-away and pick product for shipment or stock; ensure correct quantity and type per customer order.
• Verify shipments match customer orders by quantity, quality, labeling and address.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
• Report discrepancies such as non-available products and OS&D.
• Maintain a neat, clean, orderly facility and inspect equipment daily.
• Assist in physical inventories.
