• Production or goal-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines
• Basic math and reading skills (English)
• RF scanner and forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced production environment with clear hourly goals
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment
• Inspect products to ensure top quality for customers
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
• Unload, check, and route incoming materials; report damages or shortages
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
