Qualifikationen
- High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License required.
- Maintenance, mechanical, or trade school training is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Perform general facility and grounds maintenance.
- Assist with plumbing, drywall, painting, framing, and remodeling.
- Complete basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Maintain equipment such as lawnmowers, forklifts, weed eaters, blowers.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
