Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson in Beatrice, NE is seeking a Maintenance Technician for day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a 2-year technical degree or related certifications. Minimum 4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience is required, preferably in extrusion or compression environments.

Must be able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and endure a 12-hour shift in an open facility. Teamwork and quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or related certifications or training is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in extrusions or compressions.
• Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly while twisting, reaching and bending.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team; strong attention to quality.
