Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will help maintain productivity, ensure quality and uphold safety standards in our dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide facilities.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, experience with hydraulics, compressors, electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting; robotics and ammonia refrigeration experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Robotics experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces around machinery.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Work around large ammonia refrigeration systems (preferred).

JOBTITLE - Maintenance Technician salary range $21.00 to $32.00 per hour

This integrated distribution network ensures that Nippon Sanso Matheson can quickly react to customers' needs. Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. Starting Wage: /hour depending on experience. A Maintenance Exam will be administered to determine level of pay.

Qualifications

• High SchoolDiploma: 2-year technical degree or any other related certificationsor training is a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience withinmanufacturing environment (preferably within extrusions or compressionsenvironments with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment)

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities

• Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics,electrical systems and troubleshooting PLC's
• Experience with robotics aplus.
• Experience with large ammonia refrigeration systems a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work intight spaces in and around machinery.
