The role focuses on maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic production equipment to ensure safety and efficiency in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will read schematics, diagnose complex issues, and perform preventive maintenance while adhering to OSHA rules, GMPs, and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) routines.
• Perform repairs to minimize downtime and keep equipment running.
• Diagnose issues using diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and machinery.
• Log maintenance data in CMMS and ensure records are accurate.
• Operate forklifts or trains to operate equipment as needed.
