DRIV Inc. in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician with 1-2 years of maintenance experience to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining facility equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The position offers a day shift (Mon-Thu 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with starting pay of $22.00 per hour and day-one benefits. Overtime opportunities are available to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical repair, or facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to read equipment drawings/diagrams and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues to identify and resolve problems.
• Complete preventive maintenance activities according to schedules.
• Monitor building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with coordinating and monitoring work by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with departments to prevent equipment failures and support operations.
