• Maintains records of maintenance and repairs.
• Keeps maintenance logs up to date.
• Manages and maintains tools and equipment.
• Collaborates with other departments to avoid disruption.
• Complies with healthcare, state and local regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists in maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and alarm systems.
