Job summary

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hands-on skills with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools and reading schematics is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• 5+ years as a maintenance technician in industrial or facility settings.
• Familiar with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; proficient with hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and equipment failures
• Track maintenance activity and keep accurate records of repairs and inspections
• Assist in facility improvement projects and procurement of materials
