Job summary

Bellbrook is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Supervisor for the Day Shift in Rochester Hills, MI. The role oversees preventative maintenance, ensuring call lights, wheelchairs, and lift equipment operate safely and in compliance with standards.

supervisory experience and knowledge of building systems are preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe environments, adhering to infection control, and coordinating supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes and safety regulations.
• Prior supervisory experience in a care or geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health care community facilities to ensure clean, safe, and sanitary environments.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed and supplies are stocked.
• Inspect and replace lighting, fixtures, and call lights as needed.
• Perform daily floor care and deep cleaning as required.
