Bellbrook is a full-time Maintenance Supervisor opening for the Day Shift at its Rochester Hills, MI community. The role focuses on preventative maintenance for healthcare settings, ensuring call lights, wheelchairs, and lift equipment are safe and functional in line with standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school education or assoc. degree preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints; understand building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and professional behavior.
• Flexible to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and end users.
• Self-motivated with high energy and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, safe, sanitary and attractive condition.
• Ensure supplies are available and properly stored; keep equipment maintained.
• Report and replace lighting fixtures as needed.
• Clean and polish the community and fixtures; maintain floors and surfaces.
• Perform daily floor care and periodic deep cleaning.
• Lead maintenance activities and drive a safe, compliant environment.
