Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in maintenance.
• Experience with boilers preferred.
• CMMS, PLC and HVAC experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Preventive and predictive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including motors, sensors and pumps.
• Maintain safety through LOTO and compliance practices.
• Document work orders, parts usage and logs; manage parts and tools.
• Support facility needs and collaborate with vendors/techs for upgrades.
• Communicate status and mentor junior technicians.
