Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Ditch Witch line in Perry, OK. The role operates multiple production machines, reads blueprints, and performs assembly tasks in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Working dayshifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with potential overtime on Saturdays. Starting pay is $19.51 per hour, with safety, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics as performance measures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typically 18 to 36 months of related experience; welding or mechanical repair preferred.
• Basic experience using mechanical repair and assembly tools such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers.
• Be knowledgeable of SAP and able to use the system as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read information from blueprints.
• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment in proper sequence.
• Mount parts in fixtures and perform mechanical assembly using hand and air tools.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools and identify defects.
• Perform basic operator maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Use computer to check part locations, inventory, and production records.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
