Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Technician II to operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors in a 12hr B shift in Breinigsville, PA. You will troubleshoot production issues and perform minor maintenance to ensure continuous operation in a GMP environment.

The role requires prior machine operator experience and the ability to train Level-1 operators, with a focus on quality control and cross-functional teamwork across lines.

Qualifications

• Intermediate mathematical skills are required.
• Intermediate computer experience.
• Three plus years’ equivalent machine operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors; ensure production line runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform routine maintenance to support GMP-compliant production.
• Train entry-level operators and cross-train on multiple platforms; supervise where required.
• Maintain quality by following formulation and blow mold process procedures; adjust parisons, tails, regrind, weights as needed.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic lines and assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
