A. M. Castle & Co. is seeking a machine operator for a 6:00am to 2:30pm shift in Indiana. You will operate assigned machinery to process customer orders accurately and safely, meeting exact specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, adjusting machinery per orders, reporting wear or defects, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Some warehouse duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic measurement and math skills required.
• Knowledge of warehouse concepts and safety.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• PC literacy and ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and operates machine(s) per procedures.
• Safely adjusts machinery to meet customer orders.
• Reports defects and performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• May assist with Warehouse Operator duties as needed.
