Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products and operates a Ballinger, TX facility seeking a full-time manufacturing support associate. You will assist with customer orders, monitor safety, and help maintain a clean, efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certification. Work hours are 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment
