The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Preferred candidates may have OSHA, SAP, and forklift experience, with a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve problems to root cause and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct and document quality control tasks, including date codes and logs.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and ensure shift documentation meets safety and quality standards.
