MarsSnacking in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a Machine Operator for the Day Shift to run manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and support quality checks in a peanut facility.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office, and email. Shift is 6:30 AM–7:00 PM with a 2-2-3 schedule and competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using computers and PC software, including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, perform routine repairs and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance.
• Conduct and document QC tasks, including metal checks and logbooks.
• Maintain shift documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
