MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for daytime shifts to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care. You’ll develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering personalized, high-quality care in the home setting.

Competenze

• Current, active Registered Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Comfortable providing care during day time hours.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply in select markets.

Mansioni

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Educate and support patients and family caregivers.
