Job summary

MGA Homecare in Round Rock, TX is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for night shifts to provide skilled in-home nursing care. Build real relationships with patients and families, delivering personalized care in the home setting and maintaining high clinical standards.

You’ll work with a dedicated care team, including a Nurse Case Manager, while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active LVN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient’s individualized plan of care
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
• Educate and support patients and family caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, supervisors, and care team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of every patient
