Job summary

Cypress Woods Care Center is hiring a full‑time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift. The LVN/LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.

• Must be able to read, write and understand English per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day nursing assistants and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise the nursing staff per regulations.
• Complete charting and documentation of resident care and orders.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate with physicians and residents to meet care plans.
