Job summary

Windsor Cypress Gardens seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our compassionate care team in California. Under RN supervision, you will deliver a full range of nursing care, from admission to discharge, with a focus on residents and families receiving high-quality services.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, medication administration, supervision of unlicensed staff, and safeguarding patient confidentiality. Previous SNF or PCC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state (CA).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to monitor residents' status.
• Medication administration under RN supervision.
• Monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Protect confidentiality of resident information and promote safety.
