Job summary

Cypress-Woods-Care-Center is seeking compassionate PRN LPN/LVN nurses to join our team for day, evening, and night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and document care in resident charts while adhering to all policies and procedures.

You will work in a long-term care setting, ensuring quality care and safety for residents, with flexible scheduling to accommodate PRN availability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Chart and document resident care and treatments.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
