Job summary

Communities of Care in Minnesota is hiring a Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to support a 15-year-old client at home in Lino Lakes. This full-time role includes accompanying school and delivering skilled nursing care in the client's residence, with training offered for new grads.

Qualifications

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 15 year-old male, which includes attending school with the client. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case:

• 15-year-old with history of a spinal cord injury.
• Nurse would also be responsible for attending school with this client.
• Proposed schedule:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Client lives in Lino Lakes with his family.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms

Requirements

Experience:
