You will work under supervision of a registered nurse, participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and collaborate with medical staff and other disciplines to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Candidates must graduate from an approved LPN program; one or more years of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under supervision.
• Assists in health and psychiatric teaching for patient and family.
• Participates in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Records medications accurately and documents administration effects.
• Safely performs vital signs, labs, and monitoring as required.
