Qualifications

• Ability to manage violent patients or dangerous situations.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in PA.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient history and reason for visit.
• Perform observation, physical exam, triage, and analysis of diagnostic data.
• Track and log laboratory and diagnostic tests; present results to provider.
• Educate patients; ensure educational materials are current.
• Assist with prescriptions, scheduling, referrals, and outreach.
• Assist during procedures and clean equipment/rooms.
• Coordinate appointments based on medical needs and schedule.
• Identify and address patient risks based on observations.
