Maple Grove is hiring a Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team in providing high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

The LPN will work directly with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and adherence to care plans. Day shift availability allows for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of long‑term care nursing practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
