Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the Night Shift 7p-7a. Join a dedicated team delivering resident-centered care in a small, supportive facility with safe staffing and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN and care team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
