Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morganfield, KY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on the night shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
