Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Charge Nurse (LPN) for the full-time day shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, in Creve Coeur, MO. You’ll lead a nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

Eligible new hires may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Requirements include Missouri LPN license, graduation from an approved practical nursing program, BLS/CPR, and prior SNF/long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a nursing team and prioritize resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Provide and oversee resident care according to physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Assign CNA duties, resident assignments, and breaks.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to physicians and families.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate important updates to nursing leadership.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and incident reports.
• Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Assist with surveys, inspections, and facility quality initiatives.
