Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills including WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Must wear steel-toed boots during shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond order picker forklift in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to pick and verify inventory for orders.
• Unload shipments, inspect for damage, and verify against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and order pickers.
• Place inventory into racks using RF scanners.
• Follow SOPs and stay updated on procedures.
• Meet productivity targets while managing resources.
• Document inventory discrepancies via ICAR process.
• Uphold core values as a team member.
