Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Wear steel-toed boots during shift.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond order picker forklift in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for orders.
• Unload shipments, inspect for damage, verify contents against POs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Identify inventory across orders, labels, manifests, and BOLs.
• Follow SOPs and stay informed on process updates.
• Meet productivity targets and manage resources efficiently.
• Report inventory discrepancies via ICAR and document accordingly.
