4over, Arlington, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to move, store, and prepare merchandise using a forklift. You will ensure safe operation and may perform order filler duties as needed.

Shift is 1st: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday; pay range is $16-$18 hourly, with compensation based on experience. The role emphasizes safety compliance and accurate inventory handling in a climate-controlled plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and report quality variances.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
