Job summary

Living Spaces in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Lift Operator 1 for the PM shift to move product safely, pick guest orders for shipment, and ensure inbound/outbound loads are accurate and damage-free.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts or reach trucks, pulling and staging inventory, scanning merchandise, and meeting OSHA standards. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate power industrial equipment (forklift, order picker, reach truck) with proper lifting techniques.
• Pull products from the warehouse for shipment to stores and DCs.
• Move products into racks and relocate from end caps to racks.
• Pick customer orders efficiently based on RF designated area.
• Scan merchandise before moving it to a new location and stage accordingly.
• Ensure inbound product transfers are received and stored correctly.
• Meet OSHA standards and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Support productivity goals and flexible scheduling, including weekends/holidays.
