Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Janitorial Site Supervisor in Nashville. This role leads a janitorial team in a fast-paced facility environment and supports safety across shifts.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverages, a 401(k) plan, and more. The position requires OSHA safety awareness and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with ability to motivate team and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex janitorial operation.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams with escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, breakrooms and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Adjust shifts and cover operations daily schedules with the team.
• Provide feedback and report escalations to management.
