Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client buildings. The role requires flexibility to handle duties per client specifications and maintain high cleanliness standards across sites.

Starting pay is $14 per hour, with a 35-hour workweek (Mon-Sun 6a-11a). Full-time and part-time janitorial positions are available to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6+ months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste; operate compatible equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
