Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas in our facilities. The role requires flexibility to suit client specifications and supports standard cleaning duties across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months janitorial experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and assist with waste disposal.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet maintenance.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Adhere to housekeeping schedule and use cleaning equipment as needed.
