Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to manage time to meet targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receives shipments and logs into inventory.
• Verifies receipt against bills of lading and invoices.
• Signs and attaches packing lists to bills of lading.
• Locates packing lists and verifies items.
• Moves inventory to allocated spaces; conducts audits.
• Reports damaged goods and shortages.
• Keeps facility clean, secure, and safe.
• Maintains proficiency in computerized systems.
• Lift 50-75lbs safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
